Front-End Exposure
Conduct industry and company-specific research for live mandates. Collaborate with the Analytics and Execution teams to provide insights for pitch decks, financial models, and due diligence processes. Stay updated with emerging market trends, competitor analysis, and investment strategies.
Business Development Support
Assist in identifying potential leads and opportunities through data-driven market intelligence. Prepare research reports, white papers, and sector updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
Training & Growth
Participate in a 6-month structured training for each stage of your Research journey (Dexter Fellowship, Junior Analyst 1, Junior Analyst 2, Junior Analyst 3). Learn the fundamentals of industry research, financial analysis, and presentation skills. Receive mentorship from senior team members to refine your analytical abilities and industry know-how.
